Electric Power Generation

Over 50 years ago a group of rural Arizona residents came together to form Arizona Electric Power Cooperative. We've been providing safe, reliable and affordable co-op power ever since. Our co-op HQ are in Benson, Az. Seen here, a citizens’ group tours the Apache Generating Station near Cochise.

Electric Power Transmission

Through our 622 miles of transmission line, we deliver energy from the Apache Generating Station to our six class-A member distribution co-ops. Seen here, the sun rises near the Butterfield substation east of Benson.

Environmentally Responsible

The employees of Arizona G&T Cooperatives strive to be good stewards of the environment. We live here too and are committed to future generations. Seen here, adding to the solar generation arrays at our Benson headquarters.
