Arizona G&T Cooperatives (AzGT) generates and transmits electric power to Member cooperatives and other customers in Arizona, California and New Mexico.
Arizona Electric Power Cooperative (AEPCO) operates under the AzGT banner, and generates 625 gross MW of power at Apache Station in southeastern Arizona.
AEPCO transmits power through 866 miles of line and 36 substations reaching out from Apache Station across Arizona to the northwestern corner of the state.
AzGT provides renewable energy generated by our 20-MW Apache Solar Project and other sources. Sierra Southwest Cooperative Services facilitates renewable tax credits under the AzGT banner.
We work with ACES, our energy management partner, to buy and sell power and manage allocations for AzGT and our Members/customers.
