  • Pat English, a former director and longtime community fixture in the Sulphur Springs Valley with a rich history of service to electric cooperatives at Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative; and;
  • Thomas Reilly, whose decades of service to power generation engineering included major contributions at Apache Station for Arizona Electric Power Cooperatives.

Recipients are nominated by representatives from Arizona Electric Power Cooperative (AEPCO), the generation and transmission (G&T) arm of AzGT, or any of its class A member cooperatives, and AEPCO’s board of directors selects the winners. Since 1991, AEPCO and its Members have recognized more than 80 cooperative supporters, from lawmakers and former employees or directors to community organizations and business leaders.

AEPCO is a not-for-profit electric cooperative providing power generation, transmission, and energy services to not-for-profit electric distribution cooperatives and public power and water utilities in Arizona, Nevada, California, and New Mexico. AEPCO and its sister organization, Sierra Southwest Cooperative Services, operate together as Arizona G&T Cooperatives.
